Your match data stays with your match.
NetCall is designed to work without an account, in-app advertising or in-app analytics.
Effective date: 18 August 2026
Overview
NetCall is an offline-first netball umpire and shooting app. This policy explains the information handled by the app and, separately, information submitted through this website.
Data NetCall collects
NetCall does not require an account. It does not run in-app advertising or analytics, and it does not sell personal data.
Match data you enter
Team names, scores, notes, incidents, player names and shooting records that you enter in NetCall stay on your device to provide the app's features. They remain there unless you edit or delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
Exporting and sharing
NetCall only shares match data when you choose an export or share action. You control what is shared and where it goes after you take that action.
Store processing
Apple and Google may process download, purchase and store-related information under their own policies when you use their stores. NetCall does not receive that information from the app.
Website contact form
When you use the website contact form, we collect the reason for your message, your name, reply email and message. Cloudflare processes the request for bot validation and delivery. NetCall retains the resulting support email only for as long as it is needed to handle your request.
Android beta waitlist
When you request Android beta access, we collect the email address you submit. Cloudflare processes the request for bot validation and stores the address for NetCall. We use it only to manage Google Play beta invitations and testing access.
Children and pupil information
Adults are responsible for any pupil or player information they enter into NetCall. Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
Data retention
App data stays on your device until you edit, delete, clear or uninstall it. Website contact information is retained only until it is no longer needed to respond to or manage your request. Android beta waitlist addresses are retained while beta access is being managed, then removed when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
- Edit or delete local records in NetCall.
- Control any export or share action before you send it.
- Remove local app data by clearing it or uninstalling NetCall.
- Ask NetCall to remove the email address used to request Android beta access.
- Ask a privacy question through the NetCall contact form.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
